Having your own business is something great, if ask me. Frankly speaking, I would probably never choose anything different now that I have my own business. I know that if my business somehow collapsed I would try and do everything in my power to replace it with something new, something mine as well, touch wood. I have a small bistro running and even though it does not necessarily give me lots of profits, I love it. I love it because it is mine and I am no one"s employee. I know how some employers treat their workers and thus, I do not want to be an employee ever again. Thanks to this knowledge of how other treat their workers I am doing everything in my power not to be like them. I actually do everything in order to make my employees satisfied. I feel that they deserve it and when they are treated well they work well as well. Thanks to this I can often count at them when I need help. For instance, I needed to change my bistro stools the other day. I asked them what bistro stools would fit this small bistro of mine the best. They launched a barrage of ideas at me and together we finally decided on the shape and color of the bistro stools. A few days later I had the old ones replaced with the new ones.
